Our Story
I'm Pat, founder of NextStage Operations. I help growing service businesses stop running reactively and start running predictably - by installing a practical operating system: clear roles, documented workflows, and simple scorecards.
My background is operations leadership inside real service businesses. I'm Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (MBB) trained, ASQ-trained in quality and process improvement, and BSCAI Building Service Executive (BSE) certified. I bring an operator's mindset: practical changes, low drama execution, and systems your team will actually use.
